Description
The German WWII M44 Pea Dot Camo Field Jacket is a faithful reproduction of one of the most iconic and collectible uniforms of the Second World War. Introduced in 1944, the M44 Erbsenmuster ("pea pattern") tunic was among the last combat garments issued to Waffen-SS troops and has been a holy grail piece for reenactors, collectors, and militaria enthusiasts ever since. This new-production version delivers the look, cut, and character of the original at a price point that lets your customers actually wear it in the field.
Cut from 100% cotton with a 100% cotton lining, the jacket has the crisp hand and breathable comfort of period-correct fabric. The signature pea-dot camouflage — irregular clusters of tan, rust brown, olive green, and black dots on a light khaki ground — is printed across the entire shell for authentic visual disruption in wooded and mixed terrain. A four-pocket layout (two pleated chest pockets and two lower bellows pockets, each with scalloped, button-down flaps), a five-button front closure with dark pebbled metal buttons, and a classic pointed collar round out the WWII-correct silhouette.
Who It Sells To

- Airsoft and milsim players running historical or Eastern Front scenarios
- Hunters and outdoorsmen who appreciate the effectiveness of the original disruptive pattern

Fit & Styling Notes
The jacket follows the traditional wartime cut — a relatively boxy torso with room to layer a wool shirt or sweater underneath, and full-cut sleeves for freedom of movement. Mid-weight cotton makes it a strong three-season piece for spring, fall, and mild winter wear. The pea-dot pattern also has genuine crossover appeal in vintage-military fashion, layering easily over neutral tees, henleys, or heavy knits. Cotton construction takes well to washing and only improves with wear as the print softens and fades naturally.
