Description
Original-issue Hellenic Army M56-pattern suspenders in olive drab — a genuine piece of Greek military field kit, surplussed and ready to move. Patterned after the classic U.S. M1956 Load-Carrying Equipment (LCE) harness that defined a generation of load-bearing gear, these suspenders were produced under Greek contract and issued to Hellenic forces for decades. For your customers, that means authentic surplus provenance at a price point reproductions simply can't match.
The H-back design distributes the weight of a loaded pistol belt across both shoulders, keeping canteens, ammo pouches, first-aid kits and holsters riding where they belong. Four heavy wire belt hooks — two front, two rear — snap directly onto any standard M56 or ALICE-style pistol belt eyelet, and every strap runs through a sliding keeper so the fit can be dialed in from compact to full-size frames.

Condition
Supplied in used condition. Expect honest field-use character — minor fading, scuffs, small marks, and period-correct patina on the hardware. Each piece is unique, which is part of the appeal for collectors and reenactors who want the real thing rather than a factory-fresh copy.
