Order Requirements Overview
Sturm follows minimum order guidelines for all wholesale dealer accounts. Please use the guidelines on this page as a reference when placing orders.
Sturm reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these requirements, or to contact the buyer so the order can be adjusted to comply before processing.

Minimum Order Total
All wholesale orders must meet a minimum order total before shipping or freight charges:

Minimum Quantities Per Item
Each item on an order must meet the per-item minimum quantity based on its unit price:

Bulk Discounts
When the quantity of a single item meets the threshold below, a bulk discount is applied. Discount percentages vary by item — contact your Sturm salesperson for item-specific discount details.

Exceptions for Limited Stock
Many surplus items are sourced from one-time military releases, and inventory will eventually run low or sell out. Sturm makes the following exceptions to the minimum and bulk quantity rules when stock is limited:
Items with less than the minimum quantity remaining
If an item has less than the minimum order quantity available in inventory, the customer is required to purchase all remaining stock in order to add it to the order.
Example: An item with a 5-piece minimum has only 3 pieces left in stock. To purchase any of them, the customer must take all 3.
Items with less than the bulk discount quantity remaining
If an item has less than the bulk discount quantity available and the customer takes all remaining stock, the bulk discount will still be applied — as long as the remaining quantity is within 20% of the bulk threshold (in other words, at least 80% of the bulk amount).
Example: An item has a 50-piece bulk discount threshold but only 42 pieces remain in stock. If the customer takes all 42, the bulk discount still applies because 42 is within 20% of 50 (above the 40-piece floor). If only 30 pieces remained, the bulk discount would not apply.
