Description
The US GI SealLine ILBE Waterproofing Bag is genuine USMC-issue kit — the roll-top dry bag designed to line the main pack of the Marine Corps ILBE (Improved Load Bearing Equipment) system and keep field gear bone-dry in the worst weather. Made in the USA by Cascade Designs (SealLine) under military contract, these bags carry an authentic NSN and are the real deal, not a commercial lookalike. For dealers, that "issued to the Marines" story sells itself to surplus collectors, preppers, kayakers, and any outdoorsman who has ever had a wet sleeping bag ruin a trip.
Constructed from heavy rubberized nylon in olive drab, the bag uses a proven roll-down closure with side-release buckles that clip together to form a carry handle. A large purge valve on the front lets the user squeeze out trapped air after rolling the top — collapsing bulky loads down and locking out water. Printed directly on the body are the original USMC use, care, and closure instructions, along with the SealLine logo, "Made in USA" mark, and NSN 8465-01-559-5404.

- Hunters and backpackers lining packs to keep sleeping bags, spare clothes, and electronics dry
- Paddlers, rafters, and duck hunters needing a tough, proven dry bag for boat and kayak use
- Preppers and bug-out kit builders waterproofing bulk supplies and bedding
- USMC veterans and collectors looking for authentic ILBE-issue components
- Overlanders and campers stowing gear in truck beds and trailers
