Description
The USGI Large Black SealLine Waterproof Compression Stuff Sack is genuine U.S. military issue gear, built by Cascade Designs (SealLine) under a SKILCRAFT contract for the Lighthouse for the Blind of Seattle. Designed to keep a sleep system, spare uniforms, or bulky soft goods bone-dry and packed down tight, this is the same dry sack issued to U.S. troops for keeping mission-critical kit protected in the field — from amphibious operations to wet-weather bivouacs.
This is the large size, sized to swallow a full military sleep system or a bulky load of clothing and gear. The roll-top closure with dual side-release buckles creates a watertight seal, while the twin one-way purge valves on the base let trapped air escape so the load compresses down to a fraction of its original volume — a huge space-saver inside a ruck or duffel. Reinforced webbing carry handles at the top make it easy to sling, hoist, or lash to a pack frame.
